GORDON AALBORG

 AUTHOR & EDITOR

ALL SORTS OF NEWS: AND ALL OF IT GOOD!

THE FIRST IS:

Which means that virtually my entire body of work is now available as ebooks -- none costing more than a cup of half-decent coffee.

What could be fairer than that, I ask?

AND THERE'S MORE:

I've also taken on a gig as a "Developmental Editor" for

FIve STAR MYSTERIES, a division of Gale/Cengage.

"Developmental Editor", by the way, is corporate-speak for one who evaluates manuscripts and then browbeats the authors into making changes they didn't know existed and often don't believe do exist!

I got an AWARD!

One of my authors, Michelle Black, was among

the finalists in the 2012 WILLA Literary Awards

for her excellent historical western novel

Seance in Sepia, and they sent me this really nifty

plaque for being the book's editor!

It is an honour, I must say, and such a pleasure to

see a literary group that appreciates editors!

It's great fun, but tiring on occasion. For more about the process, check out my "THE EDITOR" page.

THE SECOND is that John R. Burge, the Australian illustrator who created the original "CAT TRACKS" cover {left} has kindly given permission for me to use that image {my favourite} on the new Kindle edition. Many thanks, John..

So ... not only is *my* work available, but also that of my muse and alter-ego--Victoria Gordon, but also the work of the evil sorceress Victoria Kurtis, as well.
